Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well! I know there’s a lot of these posts which can be overwhelming, so I’ll be brief 🙂
I graduated ATAR of 99.95 in 2020. This year I am selling my English essays and notes which helped me achieve a raw 50 (see below)
Although English had never been my strong point, after working closely with teachers and peers, I soon realized that it was possible to improve quickly with the right structures and advice. So, this is why I hope to shed some light on some aspects of essay writing that assessors look for. I have included all the essays that I have written throughout the year, with some that are annotated to highlight my thought process when writing. No doubt, English can be a challenging subject, but I hope these notes can help you along your VCE journey 😊
