Is HSC harder than VCE?
HSC
Opportunity classes Yr 5/6
Select Entry government schools such as James Ruse which is Yr 7-12
In NSW, is it common knowledge
Coach for the Acer/Edutest exam for Yr 5/6 OC class
They get raw marks to enter schools and the James Ruse cut off is 240/300 (matrix education) At the end of primary school.

Maths Extension 1
Maths Extension 2
Chem
Physics
English Advanced
NSW starts streaming way earlier than VIC
Year 6
SEAL/GAPP apply for acer/edutest exam
Year 8
APPLY for selective schools exam for Year 9 ENTRY into Melb/Macrob/Suzanne/Nossal
Year 9
APPLY for JMSS which is a SCIENCE specialist school
Year 11
VCE STARTS
NSW they have 48 selective schools and at no point is there any gaps from Yr5-12 about focusing on HSC
In VIC, there's gaps.
Anybody agree?
