Hey everyone! I’m James, and this year I will be teaming up with my friend Larry to deliver the best tutoring experience possible for Methods, Specialist Maths, Chemistry and Physics. We achieved ATARs of 99.90 and 99.95 respectively, and between us have raw scores of 50 for Methods, Specialist, Physics, and a 47 for Chemistry. These subjects have reputations as the most difficult subjects you can possibly undertake – and we’re here to challenge exactly that – and make VCE STEM not only simple and intuitive, but fun to learn.
We have designed a unique curriculum and class structure for all the subjects, to help you reach your goals.
🧠 Stage 1: Understanding EVERYTHING 🧠
We’ve always loved STEM subjects since it is all about concepts and applications (and NOTHING needs to be rote memorised!)Go away Bio With the right learning approaches, these subjects can be the quickest and most enjoyable to learn – which is going to be our primary goal this year. We will share our passion for the subjects and teach everything in a visual and intuitive manner. Learn it once, remember it forever.
🏗 Stage 2: Consolidate through Practice 🏗
By this stage, you should be a comfortably ahead of your day school teacher. While everyone else is struggling to grasp the concepts, we will be consolidating the already strong conceptual foundations through practice questions. However, you need more than simply understanding. To get the top marks, you will need to think like VCAA examiners. We will show you how to structure your responses exactly how the marks are allocated stand out from the competition.
🚀 Stage 3: Final Exam Prep Sprint 🚀
Almost there! This is the final and most crucial stage of exam preparation. Having fully understood and practiced with all the concepts, we will focus on exam techniques and strategies. We will share all the tips that allowed us to achieve our top scores so you can too.
What We offer (for ALL subjects)

- 24/7 opportunity to ask questions through Discord. We are more than happy to help with anything from specific VCE questions to study skills, to even med/dent applications if that’s what your goal is!
- Free Introductory Lesson! In 30 minutes, we’ll get to know each other so that we can help you create a personalised and highly effective study program to get a head start these holidays
Standard Class (Goal: 40+ SS)
We truly believe that no matter your foundation and current level of achievement, it is possible to achieve a 40+ study score in ALL of the STEM subjects with the correct techniques and of course consistent work throughout the year. This class is open for everyone!
Accelerated Class (Goal: 47+ SS)
This stream is for students looking to go above and beyond and vie for the top scores in the state. The classes will be taught at a faster pace, and not only are we striving for accuracy, but also will show you how to solve the question in the most efficient way possible.
Private Tutoring (Personalised classes)
If you’re looking for more personalised support and flexible class schedules, then this is the option for you!
Prices:
- Private Tutoring: $60 per hour
- 1 on 2: $45 per hour (VCE is more fun with a friend!)
- Small group classes (3 – 6 students): $30 per hour
- For the group classes, if you enrol in multiple subjects, you can enjoy a 10% discount for each additional subject!
