Title: VTAC offers in newspaper?

I remember in VTAC there was an option to give permission for offers to be published. Does anyone know when and where they are published? The only thing I can find online is in the sun, which you have to subscribe to see :(

Not 100% sure but I think the Herald Sun is the only place they are published and unfortunately you do have to subscribe to see them :(

I've never heard of offers being published. I thought it was just the honor roll for 40+ students. I guess it could be just another checkbox that students tick.
