Hi there,
I'm a current year 10 student, and I want to study bio 3/4 next year. I go to a selective school, and my school doesn't allow 1/2s for yr 10s.
Would it be best to self-study bio 1/2 prior to next year, or better to go straight into 3/4 so that I can hopefully learn a decent chunk of the content before next year?
Thanks!

Hey 29thwatermelon! ;D
I think if you do want to prepare for studying bio 3/4 next year, it'd be a good idea to study content from bio 1/2 especially from unit 1 as a lot of unit 1 content is actually covered in units 3/4. So, it would be really good to get a solid foundation before you start learning content for 3/4 where you can then build up on that unit 1/2 knowledge.
Hope this helps!

Photosynthesis and cellular respiration. Really try to master these before you start unit 3/4.
