"on campus" simply means that you do the course at the university.  There are some courses which can be done online or in some alternative and they are known as "off campus".

it has another course with no specifications...just undergrad law

what does that mean that?

Nah, means you do it offline.

Haha, I asked a similar question about how you do it exactly, but like yeah ur cruse, lecture sldies etc are all online, and u hand it assignments via e-mail, mail etc.
