Title: A bit of confusion

Hi guys

Just a quick question- What is the difference between the 'Executive Council' and the 'Cabinet'?

Also could someone clarify what exactly is the Executive Power? I know it's to administer and enforce the law..but what exactly does that mean? How does the Government/Governor General do this?
