It should. Just make sure you justify your answers till you think it is stupid to say more and then add a little more. If they can see what you are saying from your perspective, and it is acceptable, they can't take marks off you.

With BM I hate the subjectivity which is embedded in the marking. After the exam, I felt great, I though for sure I had a mid A+. I knew my answers were acceptable and I thought they were written quite well. The only question which I was skeptical about, the manufacturing vs Service organisation one, I received full marks for.

During the year my teacher thought my answers great. Yet on the exam I lost 10.5 marks(49.5/60), the assessors obviously didn't like the way I answered the questions, yet I considered my answers good. This subjectivity is horrible, because of this I got 39, a score I hadn't even considered after the exam.

My advice is: jam as much justification as you can into your response. If they can see from your perspective, and your answer is write :( right in such light, they can't take marks off. I think this is probably where I fell short. My 39 is scaled to 36. Go for it, you can achieve really high. But if you have a bad day, evil scaling will rip you to pieces.

+1@ the advice
if anything, bm students need to practice just writing as much as they can in the exam time
it was a shame to see people just as capable as me not getting near my ss just cos they were not good at writing quickly

Good luck guys, I'll be happy to help with any questions if I can. And as the others said, make sure you write your answers well in the exam! Knowing the course is only half the marks, knowing how to answer the questions is just as important!

BM is easy to get 45+ in as long as you know everything! Don't choose to not study a certain bit of the unit! It will be your undoing.
