Just wondering what would be some objectives for the following fields of management;
- Operations
- Sales and Marketing
- Research and Development

Objectives can be practically anything for an LSO which helps them positively.

Operations

- reduce waste
- increase productivity

Sales and Marketing

- increase sales

R & D

- new product lines for the new season

to improve efficiency
to improve effectiveness
improve rate of productivity growth

sales and marketing:
increase % of market share

r&d
improve existing lines
