This is BY FAR the BEST textbook of the lot. However, for protein/dna stuff, Heinmann goes more in depth. But this one is so.... pretty! ANd colorful!!! And rare for a  textbook but... understandable!

Wow really?! Awesome, yeah it is really colorful.

Good thing our school uses Heinemann then.
