Title: how do I use the new OS for the Cas - T-i-nspire - a quick and dirty guide reque

I cant believe they got rid of the info bar at the top that tells you what mode your calc is in.
how am I supposed to know if i'm in Degrees or Radians with out wasting 10 secs going to the menu and checking...

only other way to do it is enter tan(45)=1 means i'm in Deg
or tan(pi/4) = 1 means i'm in Rad

so stupid...

I heard that it is fiddly and harder to use.
So I'm not updating for a little while, until I'm sure that the new version is definitely better.
