How does giving a letter give you any more information than "average"? You can look up the mark distributions for physics in the past years and see what the average mark was.

Just out of curiosity, what would I be looking at if I got B for the Unit 3 Exam, B+ for my SACs, and an A+ in the Unit 4 Exam?
