ok for our ERA we have to come up with an example of two people looking at the same visual stimulus but perceiving it in a different way. the book gives an example of two people watching a football match and barracking for different teams but we have to come up with an example not used in the book and i've hit a mental block. i'm wondering if anyone else could give me an idea of an example?
thanks

This question was in the 2008 exam.
Well talk about that picture with the young girl/old lady
Two people could percieve this differently.
One is a pimp and hangs around with young girls all day so percieves a young girl
The other works in a nursing home so sees an old lady

More than acceptable (although I may have to avoid saying "pimp" ;D) but i'm not sure if an example can include just context or just personal experience, if it has to include both i'm totally lost. any other examples would help a great deal :)
