Err this question is like which compound is a member of the same homologus series as chloropropane
A 1chloropropene
B 1chlorobutane
C 1bromopropane
D 1,1-dichloropropane
I put B
-
Yep. Thats correct. A is an alkene, C has bromine not chlorine and D has 2 chlorine atoms.
Members of a homologous series differ by -CH2-, this includes functional groups. Ie as in this case, chloropropane and chlorobutane differ by -CH2-.
(Now wait for someone to give you (and me) an awesome explanation of this with better phraseology...)

Take Chemology answers and exams in general with a grain of salt. They're pretty terribly made from my experience.
