Where A is the cross-sectional area and l is the original length.

Spring constant is Newtons per metre.

$k=\frac{\sigma \times A}{\epsilon \times l}=\frac{N}{\Delta l} Nm^{-1}$ .

$k=E \times \frac{A}{l}Nm^{-1}$ .

Multiply the young's modulus by the cross-sectional area and divide by the length.
