I don't understand how we are supposed to get 10 more marks on questions that were only worth 5 marks in the tute tests.

other than that I screwed up the export subsidy question by attempting to redo it in the last 30 seconds then realising I had it right the first time round. Hopefully they ignore this random line I drew through my graph which isn't labelled or anything and I still get marks for my first graph.

Most questions had to be cut short because of either:
a) running out of time
b) not enough space to write out a full answer -___-

seriously.... they make some questions worth three times as much as in the tute tests and give us less space to write an answer....

Lack of hurdle requirement = lifesaver.

yeah, i disagree with the marking allocation for that exam too
i mean cmon, 10 marks for stuff like "what is a common resource?"

i have mixed feelings, i may not have done well due to lack of time to give a decent answer (especially towards the end)  but then again not an overly hard exam so yeah...

one thing i dont like is what r they trying to test? memory or application of concepts?
cos if u had just memorized some stuff from the lecture slides there was no need to even learn microeconomics :P

in summary, didnt like the exam but after accounting and stats exams im just happy to not feel like suiciding for once :P

luckily i memorised the answers from the tute questions --> the exam was practically just that! Except im a bit worried about that export subsidy question.
Overall, that exam compensated partly for the downfall in accounting =(

oh crap - i screwed that one up to - i realised that i drew only one DWL (i drew the production subsidy graph).
ah shit............dammit, why couldnt they have put a similar Q in the unit guide....
