Well I'm currently doing visual communication 3/4 while in year 11 and I got a 66% (40/60) for my semester 1 folio D:. How bad will this affect my ENTER? I'm aiming for a 93.00
For some weird reason we didn't do a mid year exam.
-
if it is going to be considered your 5th or 6th subject.... it doesn't fuken matter! :) they'll only take like what 10% which is very minute! you'll be sure to get 95+ if you happen to do extremly well in the rest of your subjects! :D good-luck!

Wow thanks alot for the replies :D I feel much better now. I'll try and not procrastinate in sem 2

If you do well for the rest of the year (including in the end-of-year exam), you could still actually manage to get a really great score. I think that 40/60 only counted for about 25%? (Correct me if that's wrong)
Also - it's worth paying attention to what your score means in context. What was the average mark for the class? What was the top mark? You're supposed to do comparatively better than other students rather than perfectly.
-
Well, the average was 45-48 and im not sure if the top mark was 50 or 60/60
-
tutut u shouldnt have chose visual coommunication then
-
Oh well it might go to my lowest which will be 10% then I will have to study harder for methods, psychology, further maths and english my favourite!!!!!!!!!11
physics will probably in my lowest too. but who knows im not even studying and getting an average of B's and C's (doing year 12 IB physics test in year 11 btw(teacher is good but an ass)). i found the unit 1 exam really easy though.
So I'm just aiming for a 94 ENTER T_T GAHHHHHHHHHHH all these uni shizz scaring me

Trust me, if you're dedicated to your studies 93-94 is definitely not as hard as it sounds, especially if English isn't a problem for you. You just need to have dedication and work quite hard. Also, even if you don't get that, you could still end up in your desired course. What is it you want to do?

I want to do aeronautical engineering
I don't really find english hard and actually enjoy it, which puts me near the top of my class.
The only thing I am lacking of is dedication and motivation. (especially on physics D:) I'm just too timid and lazy.
I always set up a goal or objective on what I'm going to do, but end up slacking off D:
