Title: Business SAC

i have my sac on Wednesday and want to know how would they word a question that would get me to talk about,
   1. cost
   2. quality
   3. speed of delivery.

Hey, i've just done my sac on Operations on Thursday and all of those aspects were on the sac. These were some of the questions I had to answer but bare in mind I may not be right

1. cost would relate to technology materials management, productivity and efficiency and materials management
Eg. Explain two benefits of using technology in the transformation process (one could be cost and another could be productivity)

2. quality would relate to quality management and technology
Eg. Explain two strategies the new operations manager could implement to improve quality at the organisation. Use the case study to support your response

3. speed of delivery would be a question relating to materials management: inventory control / Just in time method and Supply chain management
Eg. Define the term 'materials management' and explain the importance of good materials management to the operations of the organisation.

Nope its not hard at all, but I think I may have lost a mark on my sac, putting my 100% streak at risk
