... double thread.

English, Literature, English Language = 30
ESL = 35

what was their UMAT cut-off?
Just get in the top 40 - 50 percentile and you're pretty much in.

I went to a seminar and they said a raw score of 160- your scores in all of the sections added up, out of 300.

All I know is percentile is a lot higher than the percentage

Percentiles are calculated against the whole cohort :P Raw scores haven't been tampered with XD

This is from 2008:

This is the 2009 one:

Overall score is the average of your section scores. There are also curves for each section which have the section percentile against the section score.

I've got a couple of friends who are studying it and they've complained about certain aspects of it and said other parts were enjoyable. So it's very similar to any other course in that respect.

Nah I think someone posted that on VN a long time ago saying how pharmacy you study all this stuff and all you do is sell medicine which requires no chemistry/biology knowledge lol...I don't know this stuff is debatable

how do you calculate your score? is it your percentage for that section?

For the UMAT? Don't need to, they'll send you your section scores and percentile rank, which is all you need. But it's a bit more complicated than just your mark for the section, pretty sure questions are valued based on a whole lot of criteria, like difficulty and "guessability".
