Firstly, I'm confused on what 25°15' actually means?
Secondly, Could you please help me out with these problems? Perhaps drawing the triangles on paint :s

2) From the top of a firespotting tower 210m high, the angles of depression of a fire moving towards the tower are observed to be first 12° and later 37°. How far did the fire travel between the two observation?

Degrees(o)/minutes(')/seconds(") is the notation. 60 minutes to a degree and 60 seconds to a minute. Kinda confusing but you get used to it.
Attached are two pictures for the questions. My notation/drawing is horrible, hope you got the idea though :)
