Title: new exam format?

iv heard that the exam format is changing this year into more extended response questions?
anyone know any more detail than i do?

I know that it is now out of 65 marks.. Its always been mostly long answer.. Its all off case studies....

The key things that have changed is the Motivational theories and the change management theory.. So keep that in mind when doing past papers as in previous years there were 8 motivation theories i think.. and more than one change management theory :)

Well it's definitely on unit 4 AOS 2 ( confirmed on the age) but can reel in stuff we learnt in unit 3
