I was wondering how do you guys cope with the pressure of everything? :'( :tickedoff: :'( :tickedoff::'(
I'm really struggling with everything at the moment, I get stress induced headaches at least twice a day. :buck2:
Any suggestions from past students or current ones...
Anybody?? :(

I had really bad headaches all the time a few weeks ago, but then i just started sleeping heaps every night at the expense of study. You feel a lot better and more fresh. If you're already sleeping heaps, then i dunno. Drink lots of water?

watch dramas

sleep heaps, take a day off school? Do heaps of study in arow then just lie in bed for like 12 hours

watch dramas
lol....
no .....makes you think !!!
sleep or go for a walk ...
-
take a break from your studies, go do some sports, play some musical instruments etc
-
Do something you enjoy for a while. PLay Video Games, run, TV, listen to ur fave music, watch stand up comedy on Youtube, wank. etc
-
I feel like I have a permanent headache whenever I sit down at my desk to do work... Probably caused by lack of sleep. :(

Well whenever I try to go to sleep I can't because I feel guilty for wasting a year that could have been studying for exams..... I feel that there is no way for me to improve in 23 days and its corrupting my mind.....
I wasted my holidays playing COD (great time to become addicted amirite??) and am never playing it again....... well probably not until after exams.....

Just calm down... who knows? You could do better on the exam if you're chilled out with less study, than if you were crammed + no sleep + stressed + worried + all the rest

sleep deprivation and headaches are killing me lately. i used to easily be able to study for full days. now, after 2 practice exams, all i want to do is sleep.
english and englang are stressful to say the least.
i reckon if i could somehow get decent sleep things would get better...
sleep patterns are completely screwed too
-
Err to be honest I feel way better right now than I did at the end of last term
-
sleep in until 2 on the weekends :D

haha, this is so me. typical day without school:
wake up...check phone *reads 12pm* then i think to myself fml, should have done like 2-3 prac exams by now.

Same thing with me.
Sleeping pattern is so fkedd, cant sleep, falling asleep in class..

Find an option that is better than your first preference and easier to get into.
Take a step back and realise the whole process is a bit of a joke.

yeah end of last term which was like 12 weeks or something i felt rediciously burnt out and had no motivation. now im just glad that its going to be over in like 4 weeks.
key is to take it a day at a time, plan every minute of your day and set yourself a limit. Eg. i never work past 10pm on a school night, if i do my body pays for it the next day at school and its just not worth it.
only stress i feel at the moment is with english, i need a 99 and i know i can get a low 40 for chem or physics but english is going to be hard to get a 45 for :|
