dont quote me on these :P
-a regualtor gene is the gene that codes for the production of a repressor protein which binds to the operator thus preventing the sysntehsis of the enyme/structural protein or whateva
-a stop codon is the 3 bases on the mRNA that codes for a stop a signal ie the production of the polypeptide is finsihed

there is a rpression gene??? lol
