Our school did, it was a pleasant surprise.
To rectify the issue our supervisor had to call VCAA and we were instructed to answer multiple choice in the Q and A book. I pray that they get marked!

same!! funny enough, i had picked it up and told the supervisor, my reading time was ruined after that coz I got so worried about what would happen

Yeah same!
there was about 5 minutes of coordinators coming in and out of the theater and our supervisor leaving the theater (leaving us unattended!) to call VCAA. In the end we started writing time 5 minutes later and finished at 1.35. I was pretty panicked, I hope our section B gets marked!

Apparently the issue happened state wide. Happened to us too. We got this dodgy looky photo copied sheet of what it should of looked like and had to fill in our names and VCAA number on the MC sheet. We got an extra 5 minutes too as our reading time was interupted and we started late.
Our VCAA numbers that aren't supposed to have our names on them on the exam paper had our names on them as well. It doesn't sound like a fun day for the supervisors.

During reading time I was incredibly confused by the first few questions. It took me until writing time to realise that the solenoid in Q2 was the same in Q1. In Q2 the ends of it was making me think there was an AC...
-
We had none of that, I actually circled in the Q and A book Sound and wrote "I am doing sound..." underneath it.
Gonna have fun marking our exams!

haha nothing happend to our school
except why did the exam paper have our names on it?
