Yepp :) She's a great teacher, and pretty funny too.
The highlight was definitely AMFAS - so I'm thinking about maybe role-playing as Thomas More, and delivering the speech in flowery English (with quotes candidly interspersed). . .

ahhh cool
if she is slightly good looking you could speak of a secret crush you had on her
but thats just cheap laughs i reckon..
yeh thats sounds quite cool! quote some of the book and intertwine it with some real life facts!
is it a short speech?

yeh like ~2 minutes. . .

It's great that you like her. If you start off with an anecdote about her (like the one you mentioned) and then talk bout how it shows what a great teacher she is, dedication, willingness to not take herself seriously for educational purposes, good humour, supportive, etc. I think she'd really like that :)

What an awesome idea.... where do you do this speech at? And by graduation do you mean the final assembly or the formal night?
It would take a fair while for our cohort to do this next year... 300 year 12s.
