Then talked about kotters theory relating to my organisation I studied. Correct me if im wrong. Most students in my class did not talk about kotter were we supposed to?

nope, kotter's is the only one on the study design. but if he identified driving + restraining + explained change issue well, i personally rkn he'll still get the 10
