Further Maths is really easy. You dont need a tutor if you did Methods.
There are common stuff that relate.
Im doing both 3&4s next year and I got A+ In Further1&2 without studying.

Bro i reckon you would have got a higher scaled score in methods than further... and methods is pretty fun compared to further where you just shit yourself trying not to make mistakes.

I dunno about that. I only got 42 raw (scales to 46ish) in methods last year and I'm hoping for close to 50 after scaling in further. I actually enjoyed further much more than methods.

That was a generalisation. Many will argue further is much more tedious than methods, where further requires some kind of study to do well in as opposed to methods. And note the bolded from your last reply... if you did methods this year, it's almost guaranteed you would have got a lot higher, somewhere along the lines of near-50 scaled, which obviously would have been better than if you hit 49 with further.

Then there is the case of cohort to consider. Further classes are filled with those who don't give a shit about their own or others' education. A methods class would be much more studious and benefiting.

Fair enough. I heard it was tough this year.

Good man. Everyone who asks me 'further or methods' always ends up doing further regardless of what i advise them :(
