Has anyone from VN recieved a access scholarship and when do we get offered scholarships. How does it work?

The scholarships were initially offered by email on the 13th of December, although I guess the ones that weren't accepted will be re-offered at some point. That might have already happened seeing as they needed to be accepted by the 22nd of December, but I'm not sure.
