The only foreign language site I have been on was google translate when I was doing a German assignment. And that was nearly 2 years ago.

So if you look up a lot of computer related things you will get ads from Dell and co whereas if you look up a lot of music related stuff you might get ads from guitar companies like Gibson and ESP.
