So basically. I am aiming to get into medicine at Monash and I stumbled across Monash's list of under represented schools and my school is listed there. What does that mean?? I heard that it lowers your required enter? Is this true?? So basically how will it affect me????

Yeah, my school is on that list too.
What does this mean D:?

They take it into consideration along with your application forms, but there isn't exactly an explicit deduction of ATAR points (required for a course) for underepresented schools students. (Not 100% sure on this though)

It won't mean squat if you don't make the UMAT cut off.

Universities may give you leeway in terms of ATAR requirements for courses. For example, if your desired course needs 98, and you get 97.XX; you can still get in, granted you go to an under-represented school. I think it's part of the SEAS scheme. This applies for most courses I believe.

There aint much of a ATAR req for med. I'm not sure whether it may help in considering your application for medicine, but it definitely would for say engineering/commerce/law/arts/science.
