Hey guys, just a general query.
How many subjects do people study per night? and would you study completely DIFFERENT subjects one after the other?
would studying Legal and Psych/PE one after the other have adverse effects?
thanks heaps!
-
thanks mate, yea I'm just worried that Legal and Psych/PE studied one after another might be bad considering the study techniques employed are very similar.
-
I study around 3 per night (~30 to 45 minutes each). In that time slot per exercise: usually get a spesh exercise done OR 2 methods exercises OR half of a physics chapter review OR half of a chem review OR random amounts of english...

I usually study the subjects I had that day, so ~3 subjects?
-
As you will learn in Psych studying 2 very similar subjects (Bio/Psych) is very bad
If you do a humanities make sure you do a math/science after.
I just study Psych...wow I'm going to fail my 1/2s ::) :P
-
Yeah study anywhere from 1-3. 1 being if I have work that night at good old KF ;P

I just study what I am interested in at the time- like last night I spent about 3 hours delving into International politics, but the night before I did heaps of economics because i was interested in it at the time and last weekend i seriously spent about 10-12 hours studying Maestro but did absolutely nothing else. It means that I don't have a routine at all, but it seems to work quite well for me.
Also, the thing about not studying subjects that are related isn't all that relevant to humanites subjects, I use stuff I learn in economics and legal all the time in InterStuds and vice versa.
-
I study 2-3 subjects a night, as for my other two subjects, I try and study them during the day or during my frees.
-
I probably study 3 subjects a night? I tend to study in short bursts; 20-30 minutes per subject in blocks. Hence, I tend to get through most of my subjects bar Latin. Latin is "waayy to hard to study by yourself" (translating passages) according to my teacher, for the text we're doing. >.> Ohh, and I agree that it helps to change from one subject to another that is completely different (i.e. English to Chemistry).
-
Probably 2 different subjects a night.
Been working on Englang a lot recently though!
-
Usually 1 or 2 subjects a night.
I find it more productive doing a lot from one subject rather than tiny bits from many.

Wow, they actually upgraded the website. It now looks like something that would have looked cool in the early 2000's.
The old one looks like it was designed when the original school was.

The one you made, in my opinion, is a huge improvement over the existing 'upgraded' one.
I just like watching the pictures changing. :D
It appeals to the readers sense of eye candy. :coolsmiley:
