Title: Admissions tests board

Meanwhile, we'll try to find a way to move the current wealth of resources on the UMAT board over.

Although could there be another board for Secondary school entrance examinations (MHS/Mac.Rob/etc. and scholarships, etc.). Threads on this pop up all the time and it would look more organised too.

Same problem with Water Cooler...

Although it shouldn't be moved back as it is a National test and not just strictly Victorian.

I think the point of it is to increase the exposure of the national forum in the first place :P But as Rohitpi's said, it should belong there anyway.
