Are you referring to the study design wording?

What's the exact wording in the study design?

I believe his question is worded oddly. Chapter 1 of one of the textbooks (I forget which one), or Outcome 1 of Unit 3 refers to "Large-Scale Organisations in Context," not asking what the context of a LSO is. I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, LSOs in Context refers to sizes (over ____ employees, large market share, etc.), types (proprietorship, private company, etc.) and how LSOs contribute to the community.

Yeah there is no real definition of it, but my teacher said just to include the number of Employees and Revenue and add that there are other criteria...

This. The entire area of study relates to this one point. There is no singular definition or answer and it is not a specific question as such.
