I'm doing Psychology and Bio this year, I didn't do Unit 1/2 Bio so I think a midyear lecture would help me. Other subjects I do include EngLang and Legal, are there any groups that do lectures for those subjects?
So anyway, I'm not sure where to go for bio and psych mid year lectures. Which companies/groups provide good lectures? I'm looking at doing Neap ones but thats only because they're the only group I know that do lectures, haha.
I don't mind paying for a lecture, as long as it's worth it.

TSFX bio was useful. I didn't go unit 3 (should have...) but the unit 4 one was excellent. The main presenter (Mr Mac) was brilliant and the notes given (come with the lecture) were comprehensive.

Assuming you're talking about Legal Studies 3/4, I went to the Legal Studies TSFX lecture earlier this year in the holidays, and I thought the presenters and notes were good. The two presenters were both exam markers; I think one of them co-wrote one of the current VCE Legal Studies textbooks. As for the notes, it covers each AOS and are quite detailed. I don't know if they hold a Legal Studies lecture in mid-year, since Legal Studies doesn't have a mid-year exam. Though I'm considering going to them prior to the end-of-year exam. Worth it in my opinion.

TSFX, they are good.

If you want a really good one for Bio, go to any lecture where Andrew Douch is presenting. That guy is apparently amazing (his podcasts on Bio are pretty useful as well).

I've just visited the TSFX site and it has absolutely no information on how to actually sign up for the lectures!
Apart from "contact the lecture providers"..

anyone gone to neap ones?

They haven't actually prepared the bookings for the mid-year lectures yet. But once they do, you can't miss it: they will advertise the heck out of you.

I went to the Neap Summer lectures for chem: i found them pretty good. They explained everything in depth and they don't have a voice that slaps you into a coma.

Ah, ok. Btw, are all these lectures expensive? I'd imagine so, if their advertising campaigns are top notch..

I think they will be around $80-100.

My friend talked to me about the Pathway one, but I've never heard of them before today. O_O They are cheap though.
