Hellooo. I've got 2 questions I really need help with, so if anyone could, thanks!
The graph of the function with rule
has gradient 1 when x = 1. The value of K is?
The equation 3sinx-1=b, where b is a positive real number, has one solution in the interval (0, 2pi). The value of b is?

erm... why is it
? did you mean
or
?
for the second one, recognise that the interval represent a full period => sine is either at its maximum or minimum.

})= \frac{-6x^2k}{(2x^3+1)^2})

^2k}{(2(1)^3+1)^2} = 1)
