Title: Class performance

This is a question out of curiosity.
Let's say we have a class of 13, as i do.
4 people do well, maybe 95% plus.
5 people do average, 70-90%
4 people do badly, around 50-60%

At the end of the year, all the people ranked highly do well on the exam, A-A+'s that is
and the rest also do quite well with some bad marks.

Would the top 4 still keep their SAC marks because of their high exam mark and hence get a high study score?
