I don't see colorimetry mentioned anywhere in the course outline, so I'm going to say no?

UV-vis spec does the same thing, to more accuracy I presume?

Colorimetry is pretty much very similar to UV - Vis, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's not explored in too much detail
