Title: Used pencil for one part of the exam
Post by: Lols123 on June 15, 2011, 06:12:52 pm
hey guys

just wondering if anyone has had any experience with using pencil on an exam and losing marks?
I used it to draw a graph for one of the physics questions and now i'm worried..
should I ring VCAA or something? D:

Depends, I used mostly pen but partly pencil for one of my end-of-year exams last year, and don't think I lost anything for it.. But since mid-year exams are scanned, I'm not too sure..However, if you drew it darkly then it shouldn't be much of a problem =/

Yeh, I used pencil in physics. If they can't read it, it probably won't make a difference to my mark anyway, but I did use pen for chem though.

The instructions from physics was to use either, chem was to be in pen.

the instructions at the start of the exam where 'you can use pen or pencil for SA' for bio,

didn't even say they preferred pen

and we started writing time 5 minutes early, before someone said that =.=, so we stopped writing after 10 seconds
