Title: Studying Law Overseas

Hi,

Is it pointless to consider studying law overseas if you intend to work in Australia? Would you need to do redo the exams if you came back here?

I think it'd depend on what you wanted to do with the law degree. I'm slightly considering postgrad law in the USA, but I'd do it with the intention of working as a specialist on US law in Australia or something, or use it for business/law generally, as a lot of Australian startups are purchased by American companies. Then again, I know nothing about law, so...
