Results are coming in less than a month!!!
How is VN tracking along a nearly a month after the Unit 3 Biology exam!?
-
I think everyone has forgotten all about it.
Probably turned their attention to the long sleep-ins and late nights of the holidays :)

How do you order your Statement of Marks?
-
can you pay by credit card? and is it too late to order it? and if you order it when do they send statement of marks to you :)
EDIT: Oh and for ethylene q. apparently they accepted both ABA and ethylene as an answer. and my tutor sed that with the placebo q. apperently there was a disagreement of something on that q.s because the psych students learnt about it and most of them would have got it right which put non-psych students in a disadvantage - HOW UNFAIR IS THAT >:(

rofl. the amount of complaints by bio kids about this is insane. But of course you're right.
Any (good) psych student would have ripped off the word-to-word definition:
"A placebo is a fake treatment used as a control condition in experiments to counter the effects of participants knowing they have taken something."

Merged double post.
Any good biology student should know it as well, it's a pretty fundamental element of the scientific method

Yeah, I 100% agree. It is something very basic which you all should have learnt in experimental design. It is practically the control group, which they put a huge emphasis on in VCE biology.
