Is employee satisfaction a factor that can be used to indicate positive employee relations?

Yeah, like costa said you would need to explain the connection fully..

Also, make sure that you don't just mention 'employee satisfaction' - this is a performance AREA and you would need to mention the specific performance INDICATORS that come underneath it. Hence, you would measure employee satisfaction through staff retention rates + staff absenteeism levels.
