Title: Just a question about study scores...
Post by: lyn123 on November 16, 2007, 10:49:17 am
Hi :) I was just wondering about study scores .. Does anyone know what grades need to be achieved for a subject in order to get above a 30 ? Because my last exams have totally owned me .. :(

My predicted grades I think I will get are:

The sacs will all probably get marked down :(

Literature - sacs : A+ - High A (ranked 3rd or 4th) exam : C+ - B+ range
SS: 32 ?

Maths Methods - sacs : B+ - A exam 1: C+ exam 2: C+ - B+
SS: 32 - 33 ?

Biology - sacs: A+ - high A (ranked no.1) exam 1: A exam 2: B+ - A
SS: 34-36 ?

Chemistry - sacs: A+ exam 1: B+ exam 2: B - B+
SS: 34- 36 ?

Chinese S.L. Beginners - sacs: A+ (ranked no.1) oral: B+ - A written: hoping for an A+
SS: 42-44 ?

Do you think these study scores are possible/ reasonable with the predicted grade outcomes ? Thanks for your help ! :) Also, does anyone know how hard it is to get a C+ for methods and literature ? Lol I'm actually quite worried I got lower than a C+ for both O.O!

well i doubt ud get that high in maths methods in terms of a raw score. I think a C+ is equal to around a 30 - although my friend who got C+s in his bio exam last year ended up with a 28.

it is harder to get a higher raw score in languages. you need to be close to prefect in the exams to have any chance of 40+ (raw)
