my friend is trying to do his preferences and he cant get the site to load and i cant get it to load. is the site down?

last day for preferences! (timely)

Heaps of people are probably all trying to access the site, therefore it's slow due to load.

That's why I was clever and did mine last night :D

P.S. The site loads fine for me

It works for me as well (just a slight lag), but my teacher warned us that the website will be/might be down, and that we should apply a least a week before it closes (to correct mistakes and whatnot)

You can change the order of your preferences during the change-of-preference time periods, the first one which starts on the 9th of October.

well, if he isn't planning on getting into courses that require forms/interviews and stuff he can still do it for no extra charge after he gets his enter.
