Title: Vet Science
Post by: squance on November 22, 2007, 09:18:29 am
IS there any reason why Melb Uni only offers 10 CSP places to Year 12 students while they offer about 10 times more places to those who have done a year of tertiary science??

Is there any point to this because those who get in the year 12 stream will still be required to do science in their first year...

Everyone will end up officially studying vet science in second year....

Its just does not make sense

Interesting. It also require like 99.1 to get in.
I think it might be guaranteed Vet Sci compared to the other stream.

Yep, thats right. Those who get into CSP Vet Sci are in the course. Those who take pathways have to perform well in their first year to transfer.

Personally, I think performing better in university is easier, if you enjoy the subjects (most likely, since you want the course).
