Here's something for you to do in the meantime:

Let $(B_n)^{\infty}_{n=1}$ be a decreasing family of closed, bounded, nonempty convex sets in a reflexive Banach space $Y$ . Show that the intersection of the $B_n$ is nonempty.

Hurry up, my assignment's due Thursday :(
