Title: Methods study score help pls?
Post by: username on November 10, 2008, 08:06:50 pm

Wondering what I'd get with these..

GA 1 (sacs) - B
Exam 1 - B (middle)
Exam 2 - C+ (high, inching towards a B)

Thanks for any input. :)

C+ is the mean which is 30. so b's would be more than 30

It seems very weird, because people have said they've only lost ONE mark across both exams and gotten like 47 or so, which makes me a little worried about that prediction..

Depends which year it is. Maybe in 2006, but hopefully it could be different this year

So weird that you thought you did worse in exam 1 than exam 2 - I found exam 2 so hard.

hmm well there was more time with exam 2 = more time to steal marks. i was never looking to finish so i just concentrated on the questions i could sort of do. left about 17 marks blank and im expecting i lost another 15 odd through mistakes on whatever i did. somehow that still equates to a B, going by last year's exam.

Are you sure thats only a B? 2(80-(17+15))=96 and the range of B+ is 86-104

You got yourself a B+!

sounds like you had hard sacs like my school. so hopefully (for you) these will be marked up when vcaa scales them against your exam marks (including your GAT as well) as the average is C+ Exams and B+ for sacs.

Good Luck
