Yes, it had to be in CAPS.
I think at worst I got 80/90, likely 85+/90. Sacs 4th or 5th, but cohort went well.
I'm predictiing 43.
And you guys? :)

I think you may get higher man, 45 even?
I'm 1st in the cohort and I think I lost maybe 2 marks for the exam. I'm sincerely hoping high 40's if not 50. I don't know if it's realistic though. I may have made foolish mistakes.
-
Yeh I might get higher, but don't want to get excited.
Good luck for your 50, if you only lost two marks you'll get it :)
-
Going by excaliburs answers I dropped around 9 marks [..could be a few more/less].. I got 185/200 for sacs [ranked#1].. hoping for a 41 or 42 (anything above 40).

Easily above 40 imo.
I got a 40 in SD with 65/90 for the end of year (good sac marks but).
43 at worst for you imo.
-
I got 189/200 for sacs ( 1st) but for the exam lost like 15/16 marks I would say ( so 75ish/90)?
I was expecting 45 coz I only lost about 8-9 (estimation) to make it 81-82/90 but I didnt "see" the last question (question 12) for some stupid fucken reason. I could even answer it.. after seeing it on that thread earlier so estimating a 30 something or MAYBE 40 if I get lucky that the state did bad.. FFS... hope it scales less this year.

I tip 41.
75 will just scrape in an A+ imo.

I hope you're right... It was like *reads* 12 questions.
Gets to questions 11 *oh only 11 questions, maybe they shortened it*
*gets home* *WTF IS GOING ON, I DIDNT SEE THIS*
.... not gonna make this mistake nxt year =_=
ps: sorry to anyone whos reading my whining of anger and frustration.

Dude, how can you not turn the page over, especially when there is like another 3 pages after that. You must have FELT the substance of the book that was left.
-
In fairness, I can see how someone would have done it.
I turned it over not expecting there to be another q during reading time but haha.

I dont know.... thats already crossed my mine...... Its like my brain automatically assumed a whole blank page was the end of the exam..... (yes i wanna kill myself :crazy2:)
Weird for reading time I was so cautious with the multiple choice that I only got to like question 6 while reading. :S.
-
yeah it's kind of understandable, that blank page puts you off when you see it
lol, I didn't even go through the multiple choice during reading time. I quickly skimmed through it and headed straight for the short answer.

I only need a 32 in IT:A. Taking into account i'm ranked like 4/16 with SAC score of 80% what do you think i'll need to get on the exam to achieve a 32 or 33? Our class is really strong so i think our sacs could be boosted btw, since my teahcer marked fairly hard also.
Much <3 for any who answer.

Probably around a 50/90 (going from last years distribution)

does this subject scale down?
really cbfed looking up the scaling sheet and all. tanx

yep :( goes down about 5 from the mean and about 2 or 3 when you hit the 40s.
-
oh that's a bit like VCD although VCD only goes down by 3 below 40 and around 2 above 40.
-
30 goes to 25
40 goes to 37
45 goes to 43
Well, like every year anyway.
-
I only dropped 6 marks for all the SACs during the year, that will help me average out what i think is about 90% or even a bit less in my exam (depending on how lenient they are on the formats and conventions in the exam. Was not taught to us by our teacher at all!) So I really expect mid 40's if possible.
-
Hmms...I did reasonable on my outcomes, not too hot. But average B+ to A. So i guess ill get around 30-35. Probably wont even show up on my calculation of enter, LOL.
