Title: UMEP Awards/Results

I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this. Move it if necessary.

Anyway, I'm pretty damn excited! I got a letter today that informed me that I've received the "University of Melbourne Extension Program Prize for Academic Excellencein English Literature". I'm thrilled! Also surprised given that I got a H2B for the first semester. I haven't even received my results yet, though now I suppose they'll be quite good, lol.

Is anyone else a winner?

I got the $120 too. Though I think it's a book voucher? Still pretty cool. The awards I'm about to receive from my school will give me $100 in book vouchers. So, lots of reading over the summer for me, lol.

If you need any recommendation on books to buy, ask me. Ahmad, I can help you with your Commerce books, and Eriny, if you have nothing to find (but I'm sure you'll have lots of things in mind), I can recommend some stuff too.

Do you know where the book voucher is for? The Melbourne University bookstore?

heh. beats the hell outta the $40 westpac amc prize. sif you get $40 from a bank as prize money -_-

also beats the hell out of the kwong lee dow young scholarship for which you get next to squat lol
