what is it ? and what kinds of issues are looked at when conducting this study?
thnx
BTW - i tried googling it but i couldnt find anything

Mainly economic (can we afford it? do the benefits outweigh the costs?), technical (is it technically possible to do?) and social (what impact will it have outside of the organisation? is it ethical?).
There are others, but I don't know if you'll cover them. The questions raised in all feasibility studies, however, boil down to one point - "is it worth it?"

Hey, what school do you go to?
does it matter?
anyways, another question: Should a feasibility study explore more than one option? Why / Why not?

Yes. It reduces the project's risk.
