my cousin's 17th bday is coming up and i'm not sure quite sure what to buy for him. :(
can u guys give me some of ur ideas?

Cash is king
-
rofl it doesnt show that i've put effort into thinking for his gift
-
What would he prefer? Cash to choose for himself, or a product that you think he wants.
-
Everyone is differnt. Some people like cash so they can get what they want. Others like a 'present' because it shows that someones taken the time to find something for them and they may get something that the might not usually have thought was a good purchase but turns out to be a good product.

How old are you? If you're older, and have an income, then cash is more appropriate than if you were the same age as him.

gift voucher = no way.
you'd be better off giving them cash :S
-
i'm the same age as him, why's everyone thinking of cash? xD
-
cash = flexible, choice

Instead of giving presents, it's a chinese tradition to give red envelopes that contain money... just thought that was interesting

in chinese tradition, only married couples or senior people would give out money in red envelopes
-
No clue what to give. I didn't know what I wanted for my 18th, and don't know what I want for my 19th.

Cash in versatile, I'd think he'd be happy with it. Plus the AUD/USD is increasing which means he could obtain overseas products cheaper.
AUD IS THE WAY :D
